Arturo Romero, a persona física con actividad empresarial (an individual registered for business activity), operating under the arvo brand, with address at Calle 45K No. 1004 x 114B y 116, Fraccionamiento Las Américas VI, C.P. 97302, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, is the party responsible for processing your personal data under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, or LFPDPPP (Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), as currently in force.

What data we collect

When you complete the diagnostic application form, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Your business name
  • Website or Instagram account (optional)
  • Your business’s monthly revenue range
  • Monthly advertising investment range
  • Your line of business
  • Phone number (WhatsApp)
  • Email address

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not request information about racial or ethnic origin, health status, religious beliefs, political or union affiliation, sexual preferences, or biometric or genetic data.

We do not collect data from minors. This site is intended for people over 18 who are responsible for a business.

What we use your data for

Your data is used exclusively to:

  1. Assess whether there is a fit between your business and the services arvo offers.
  2. Contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to follow up on your application.
  3. Prepare the diagnostic conversation if there is a fit.

These purposes are necessary in order to respond to your request. We do not use your data for any secondary purpose: we send no newsletters, we run no targeted advertising, and we build no profiles for purposes other than those stated above.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise trade your personal data with third parties.

We use Resend (Resend Inc., United States) solely as a technical provider to deliver the email containing your application. Resend acts as an encargado del tratamiento (data processor) and may not use your data for its own purposes.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for a maximum of twenty-four months from the date of your application. After that period it is deleted, unless you have entered into a commercial relationship with arvo, in which case the applicable tax and contractual retention periods govern.

You may request early deletion at any time.

Your derechos ARCO

Under Mexican law you hold the derechos ARCO (ARCO rights: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection). You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Cancel your data when you consider it is not necessary for the stated purposes.
  • Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

You may also revoke your consent at any time, and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

How to exercise them

Send an email to info@arvomkt.com with the subject “Derechos ARCO” stating:

  • Your full name and a means of sending you our response
  • A copy of official identification establishing your identity
  • A clear description of the data over which you seek to exercise your right
  • Any document that helps locate your data

We will respond within a maximum of twenty business days. If the request is granted, it will take effect within the following fifteen business days. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party analytics tools. We collect no information about your browsing.

Changes to this notice

Any modification will be published on this same page, with the last updated date visible at the top. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

Authority

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may turn to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Mexico’s Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), the authority competent for private-sector personal data protection in Mexico.
